The
System
The Bear i-MOTE is set to
revolutionize wheel alignments done with the SML systems.
It is a device worn on the wrist that
communicates WIRELESSLY with the SML software
giving you live data for adjusting alignment
angles including:
- Camber
- Caster swing
- Thrust line
- Toe and Setback
The
alignment angles generated are as easy to read
as checking your own watch and alignment time is
cut significantly by giving the technician data
while they are under the vehicle -- close to the
action.
The
i-Mote is a very light weight device that
displays all results in two high resolution
screens that efficiently show all information
needed at the time of aligning a car.
The
i-Mote is based on a self-standing / high
performance Processor that allows for the
readings to display in LIVE time ( Faster than
the Monitor on the Cabinet)
The i-Mote
is a low power consumption device that operates
on two (2) AA rechargeable Batteries.

We offer sophisticated technology
integrated into a compact, wearable device operating with true
wireless technology that will increase your speed and volume in
alignment.
The System
The heart of the MBA is a
high performance server with a tremendous capability to process
information back and forth.
This server communicates
via wireless technology at a frequency of 2.4Ghz to one, two,
three, four or up to five sets of wheel units (bays)
simultaneously, and processes all the data measured by the Wheel
Units.
Every Operator has an MBA Wrist device that
also communicates wirelessly to the Wheel Units. This Wrist -
Aligner guides the Operator through all the steps of an
alignment job from A to Z.
Every Operator can select
from their Wrist Aligner ANY of the 5 available sets of Wheel
Units in ANY bay.
The Server communicates with an
office computer to retrieve customer data and when finished
sends all the results to a printer.
